In 2011, it was planned to create a special economic zone of the industrial-production type «Togliatti» on the territory of the municipal district of Stavropol, Samara region.
The total area occupied by the territory was 660 hectares.
The total number of jobs is 20,000.

The following tasks have been accomplished in the project:
• clarification of the distribution of transport and passenger flows on the approaches to the special economic zone territory presented in the planning design of project of territory planning of the special economic zone «Togliatti»;
• correction of the concept of transport services;
• proposal of a comprehensive plan for the development of transport infrastructure with project proposals for the development of the street network, public transport, organization of transport, pedestrian and freight traffic.
