The study considers a complex management object, which includes territory, space and transport system. The comprehensive review allows to see the tasks of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan holistically, to form effective inter-sectoral strategies on the basis of a balance of interests and a mutually beneficial combination of resources from various sources of development.
The leading component of the control object under consideration is the space of human activity.
