Transport and economic surveys for the development of project documentation for the object "Reconstruction of the Kronstadt highway on the section from KZS to Tsitadelskaya road

This work analyzes the existing traffic and pedestrian flows on the basis of the conducted field survey and transmitted raw data. The forecast of prospective traffic flows for the year of commissioning of the Facility and for the twenty-year perspective on the basis of transport modeling has been made. Forecast data for the calculation of the pavement design are presented. Based on the obtained data - traffic flows in the morning rush hour in the given units - the forecasted values of service levels and loadings of the sections are calculated. All calculations are made according to the ODM 218.2.020-2012 "Methodological recommendations for estimating the capacity of highways".
